Japanese curry is much thicker in consistency than Indian curries and taste very different. I like both varieties.

A comparison of a processed and original image as output by Lightroom 2. The processed image was created with 6 fairly simple operations in Lightroom including local adjustment which acts like a software based graduated neutral density filter. Obviously, creating the best possible image upfront is still the goal but now there is an additional option to recover a less than optimally exposed image.
