His portfolio reflects years consumed with trekking the globe, but photographer Jauder Ho only rediscovered his love for the art several years ago. Taking advantage of an opportunity for a vacation for the first time in over a decade, Jauder Ho ended up taking a trip to Japan including a trek up Mount Fuji. That followed by the road trip of a lifetime driving across the States had a profound effect on how he perceives the world. Since then, Jauder Ho has seen the world shot by shot, each one serving as a reminder of changing moments in time. Curry

Japanese curry is much thicker in consistency than Indian curries and taste very different. I like both varieties. 

Making Japanese curry is ridiculously easy. Get some chicken (or different kind of meat if you like), add that, onions and carrots to boiling water. Finally, add the curry paste/block you can buy at the Japanese supermarket. Stir till it thickens. Simmer and serve.

Space Shuttle OAA

Shane112358 posted this to the PreCentral forums.He says “the OAA is basically the catwalk from the shuttle service structure to the vehicle itself. The door in the picture is the door to the white room, which is at the end of the OAA and serves as a staging area for personnel (called the closeout crew) to help the astronauts into the vehicle, final pre-launch preparations, and also extract them if there was ever to be an emergency that required they leave the vehicle ASAP. The OAA and white room are about 150 feet above the launch pad.”
